With his work in The Gold Service Scholarship, now celebrating it's tenth year, Edward is involved in the objectives of the Scholarship to encourage more young professionals into the Hospitality Industry, to bring a focus on Front of House Service and to help develop the great talent of young people in service.

Edward believes in the aspiration of achieving excellence. Striving for perfection is the goal, and in so doing, one constantly assesses one's performance in the belief that there is always room for improvement.
